Terms and conditions

Tracker rental

The beacons arrive charged, ready to switch on and hand out. Beacons are limited and bookings will be honoured in order. Confirm your events by booking as early as possible.

Online tracking

Without an organiser account, there is a charge of €20 (VAT included) per event.

How it works:

  1. Create the event on the management website with the dates, description, location, etc. You can also show up to four GPX tracks and waypoints on the public tracking website, so participants can be seen on the line and the progress of the route is easier to follow.
  2. Send us a document with the participants' names, plus race numbers and phone numbers if you wish.
  3. We send you the beacons already assigned, with a list showing who each beacon belongs to.
  4. Switch on the beacons and hand them to the participants.
  5. Collect them at the end and send them back to us.

Without an organiser account, there is a charge of €20 (VAT included) per event.

How it works:

  1. Create the event on the management website with the dates, description, location, etc.
  2. Upload the event track and mark the GPX points where passage will be checked and the target time relative to the start point.
  3. Set the penalty points for each second early or late at the points, and the penalty points for skipping a control point.
  4. You send me a document with the participants' names, plus race numbers and phone numbers if you wish.
  5. We send you the beacons already assigned, with a list showing who each beacon belongs to.
  6. Switch on the beacons and hand them to the participants.
  7. Collect them at the end and send them back to us.

Payment

  • 20% of the payment is made when booking the date, a further 40% one week before the beacons are sent, and the remaining 40% within three days after the event ends. If the event or booking is cancelled less than 30 days ahead, the initial 20% is forfeited.
  • Annual fee for unlimited events: €59.95/year (the event can also be run under TeamTrack's name, which avoids this fee)

Deposit

  • Considered case by case. In any event, lost or damaged beacons must be paid for. Each beacon costs €80 for the RD200 and €180 for the GL300W.

Shipping

  • Outbound shipping is included in the price. Return shipping is paid by the organiser, and the beacons must be sent back within two days of the end of the event so they can be recharged and sent to other events. After that, extra days will be invoiced.
